Denny’s Picks of the Week:
Chest rising. Veins throbbing. Heart pounding, flirting with A-fib like a Cardinals defensive end three days before a game. The Thursday night contest between the Colts and the Broncos was a pitiful outing and was the first time that the teams kickers collectively got more action than Wilt Chamberlain relative to the usual scoring assets. I have never been in a cuck relationship, but I think it would leave me with the same feelings I was left with on Thursday night. Luckily, NFL fans are blessed with a hat trick of three secret rival matchups on Sunday during week 5 of the NFL season. The three secret rival matchups I am highlighting are especially fun this weekend because they are grudge revenge matches. The secret rival grudge matchups I want to highlight are The Eagles vs State Farm Field, The Falcons vs Tom Brady, and the NFC East vs Kliff Kingsbury.
The first two secret rival matchups will take place at 1:25 Arizona time when the Philly Birds take on State Farm Field. I think that the Eagles are going to skull fuck the Cardinals like Jeffrey Dahmer does to his Thursday night VCR and drill dates and finally break the streak of winless games against Statefarm field while also leading the NFC East to their first win against Kliff Kingsbury. I know it is not polite to bet against the home team but I will be betting the alternate spread ladder against the Cardinals this weekend by placing 1-unit bets on the following bets
Eagles -20.5 (+500)
Eagles-16.5 (+325)
Eagles -12.5 (+200)
Eagles -9.5 (+150)
Eagles -5.5 (-110)
The ladder of bets above might as well be called as the twelfth man parlay because it will produce 12.666 units if the Eagles take revenge upon State Farm Field and embarrass Kliff’s Cardinals like I think they will. There’s no point of being optimistic here folks, I feel we should be happy that we got to watch probable NFC Champion Philly Eagles in our hometown and have our local economy benefit from the drunken excesses and indulgences that will undoubtedly occur across the valley should the eagles break both trends.
The final secret rival that we are blessed with this weekend is the Falcons vs Tom Brady. This is a subtle secret rival but Brady is 10-0 against the falcons including his famous 28-3 comeback superbowl victory and he looks to continue his winning streak after announcing his divorce from the old ball and chain. The falcons are in a stealthy position to upset the division and this game will go a long way in that effort. I think the Falcons have a great chance at finally beating Brady this weekend so I am taking the Falcons +9.5 even and Falcons moneyline +400.

Let us know what secret rivalries you are taking a look at this weekend and may the odds be ever in your favor.
